Through meditation you can start to access your 12th chakra which is your Godhead and from which you can draw energy and knowledge from the universe, it comes after a whole lot of kundulani meditation exercises, but it is worth it.

I thought that chakra was a balance of spiritual and physical energy ( I watch anime, ok?)

Yep. I agree with you about how everyone should know about the chakras. It really is basic and yet very important. I balance mine by activating each one starting from the crown and going down. I do it according to their colors.

Crown - white
Third Eye - purple
Throat - azure blue
Heart - bright green or warm pink
Navel - yellow
Between Navel and Groin - orange of the setting sun
Groin - crimson red

After those, I imagine that the ones in my hands and feet all burst into a soft white, all at the same time. I imagine them each spinning and glowing. After balancing, I allow the colors to run into one another and all through my body. It will give you a light giddy feeling.

I think i have heard of chakra points in a book called THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH.It is about a old man who used to be in the army.He actually found the fountain of youth.But it is not a fountain literaly.It is a temple in the himalay.And you actually have about 7 chakra points which are most concentrated around the "third eye".So you should try finding the book.It will increase your mind and magic abilities.
