Google it :) but I tried the beyblade divination and it worked a bit. And I play with beyblades in walmart too. It's really fun.

You might be fluffy if you claim to have years of experience and are still attempting to make your mother levitate (you claim to have succeeded at one point).

I think the idea is that a beyblade would seem more of a joke. While it's creative it's impractical. If you've ever witnessed the use of a beyblade you'll note that you have to launch and following that is a very short period of sporadic spinning. It wouldn't be very useful to use for divination unless you're incredibly quick to receive your answers.

If you insist on using a beyblade religiously for divination then I could see how people might consider you fluffy because chances are you either launch it 5 times or your answers are totally biased and self-induced.

The definition of fluffy alternates between lack of being serious or being serious about complete nonsense. Using a children's toy that has no significant religious or spiritual significance is pretty much nonsense.

A tool is just that. A tool. It helps to focus. You could write yes or no on a piece of paper and throw a penny at it and call it divination. Creative use of everyday objects is not fluffy. It is simply using what is around. We shouldnt discourage creativity only educate and inform. And if some one gets good answers from a toy who are we to say it didnt work. Now if someone wants to transform into a rabid chipmunk. Ill call that fluffy any day of the week. But ill try to explain why it cant be done first

While I wouldn't flat out call it fluffy to use a such a toy I can see where they're coming as mentioned above.

Also, never have I discouraged someone to be creative but I have encouraged practicality. A beyblade isn't exactly practical as I already explained. Getting good answers I imagine is possible, never said it wasn't. Though I did note how difficult it might be, more so difficult than things I would say are much easier to come by. For instance if you can manage to go to Walmart for a beyblade, chances are you can find a stick and a small body of water or sand.

Honey I've always argued in the name of explaining things on this website. Don't suggest for a second that I didn't or haven't tried. The problem is not what's legitimate, it's what will actually things done.

I'm not at all against trying out a beyblade for divination. In the decade or so I've been studying I've tried some interesting little things here and there, in fact I strongly believe that testing yourself like that is the way you develop your own style and discoveries. All I am basically saying is that if you insist on regularly (not just for one time convenienve and I did say this already) using a beyblade for divination and you don't really do anythign to modify the action of its use you very well might be headed down a slightly misinformed or possibly fluffy path.

Well understood, but isn't it kind of goofy, if it's a children's toy, to use it for divination. something that is more mature and not to mention adept? I would think so...
