This is great information! I have actually never heard of a Fetch before this post. I've heard of Familiars, but since my only knowledge on them was from movies and shows and such, I thought they could/were physical beings.

On the idea that a past pet could come back and be your familiar, does this include a family pet? Or did it have to be your own. Not only that but I also was wondering on what you thought about when it came to me hearing a scratch at the back door or a whine when no animal was there.

I know one time I casted a spell for a familiar and I’m my minds eye I seen a cat- even felt it run up against me. But when I took a nap- I went into sleep paralysis where I was being held down. It scared me and I banished it. I think I invited a demon instead (I know some believe it’s the same thing) but that wasn’t what I was looking for. I should’ve done more research on the subject
