Yes, you can charge a weapon like you can charge any other object.

Methods of charging vary depending upon the persons intents and particular vector of magick. Mine are... a little unorthadox, so not really worth posting. I suggest checking elsewhere on the forums or even google for a guide/spell. I think I bumped into one on site a little while back actually... bah, I forget.

Basically putting energy into an object. It is simple. *shrugs* I just push my energy into an object through different ways. Sometimes it is done without thinking.

your body and mind are all the weapons u will need ever, however its possible to program objects, for example i have a book that is programmed to give an answer to a problem the reader has, so everytime i had a problem, i opened the book at a random page and it on every page i opened randomly there was the soulution to the problem i was having. Most effecient programmable items are crystals, u can use them for defense, luck, success, practicaly anything u just gotta find the corresponding crystal for it...

i agree with User94102 the amount of power to make a weapon physically manifest would be astronomical and you could cause yourself permanent harm in the process i wouldn't suggest even trying it
