there are some of them that actually can - look at china's super psychics, how ever not everyone can do it off the bat although anyone can learn to . Also the shift, though it is dangerous to give an exact date from what ascended masters have said it is expected that the forth dimensional shift will finish at 2011, i am predicting it to be around march or so but i can be wrong, but take note that the shift is already in process and 2011 just marks it as almost complete, since it will quickly soon shift into 5th dimensional consciousness soon after ( not this has nothing to do with end of the world 2012 although the dates are used)
okay let me address a few things with your statement, the vibrational shift had begun before that since they were reports about a small handful of indigos being born in the 60's etc it was also around the "hippy movement" apparently
addressing your comment about the vibration ending at that date is incorrect since that only marks the completion of the shift into the 5th dimension. there are allot more changes that will happen at light speed according to the ascended masters, this period of time is only the beginning to the whole process.
From what i learned there are 13 dimensions of consciousness some people say 12 but i stick with 13 when you follow up its esoteric nature, its not "unlucky" as people are led to believe it is one of the most sacred numbers
The thirteenth dimension of consciousness is called "universal consciousness" and it hold all fragments of other dimensions and much more, most people talk about 12 but only hint about the 13th. This is to believed to be where the highest beings of consciousness dwell and where we shall dwell soon enough
what u just described would be the 7th density, or 6th maybe im not sure. But i know its hard to explain cause dimensions are horizontal while densities are vertical, just like u have vertical and horizontal time but thanks anyway.
actually density and dimensions in reality are different names for the same thing, when a person says "i exist at third density" it simply means they exist on the third dimensional level of consciousness the world of physical bodies (which we live in now) Every culture and theory will have different names and interpretations but the actual concept remains the same.
i have seen allot of sites get all science with it, yes it part science but a very high conscious cosmic science, this may be difficult to grasp but if you are talking about structures with in the dimensions of existance then you will want to look at "overtones" these are the actual planes of existance within the dimensions, eg the 4th dimension has 12 overtones ( i think maybe all dimensions have the same amount) every level has a different aspect of perception, right now as we speak we are slightly touching the very first overtones of the 4th dimension hence we feel as though time is running faster, its still mixed with 3rd dimensional overtones so its a little confusing and bizarre for now but it will get clearer as time passes. we have not yet reached the overtone ( the 10th overtone etc ) of 4d to fully experience the richness of the 4th dimension
