how would you know if one met you ?

You have got a good point here SeekedxDawn .I look to them more as severe teachers and guardians ,rather than toys .Spirits are not minor to the human race in any way ,they just choose sometimes to be in survice ,but they will not stick around forever to support everyones bad attitude and Ego .

Are you talking about spirit guides in the astral? Cuz I'm having a really hard time trying to get there. And would appreciate any help :)

I agree spirits are not meant to be played with they only come when they want to and no one has the right to force them to do anything. hopefully no one tries to control a spirit that is usually harmful because they will soon regret it. In other words don't play with things you don't understand.

I see visions of mine. Like I said, they come to you, not you to them.

Well, I suppose when they are ready to come to you they will come to you in the form of a vision.

You're right, nothing associated with magic is a toy. People should know that they mustn't mess up with magickal stuff just as they were toys in kindergarten.

But mostly, when people do not 'let the guides come to them' and when they 'make them come' what they do is not to force them to come.

They meditate for it, speak, call, ask, and not necessarily demand.

I have not seen this phenomenon which you call many members demanding their guides to do stuff, come or be their slaves. I'm not very familiar with that, and I don't really see that a lot, however it happens and your point is very valid and true.

Perhaps people say that they 'summon' or 'make' their guides to come simply because they mistake between the phenomenon of politely asking them tome come to the phenomenon of actually forcing them to do what you want and come while the are forcefully commanded. That's all. Mistaken the two phenomenons may be the reason we get the conclusion that they forcefully command while actually they do the oppsoite and politely ask.

I have seen recently a lot of misunderstanding about the difference between forcefully commanding do politely inviting or waiting. But it is alright, this is just a little misunderstanding.

And if this really happens a lot...We can't really make people change though, however we can advice them and encourage them to do the right thing. So please listen to what Seeked has to say and learn from her advice :)

Your right. The guide wont do what you tell them too, they have a will too.

Also can you have two guides, I have a wolf, but lots of crows have been following me around walking to studies and back. I have a great passion for crows. I connect very well to how crows spirits are.
