wat is the aristal plane

The astral plane is the place that you go when you astral travel. When you astral project your consciousness leaves your body in your astral form and can travel on the astral plane. There are many levels to the astral and the higher you go the more beautiful it can become.

Although there re so many spiritual planes that if you've never astralled it can be easy to confuse the two.

I myself mostly used to spritually travel but not astrally I was not allowed to then one day I heard from Lady O saying what where you doing there? Were you looking for me? I said I dunno was I astralling.

It's only more lately that I've noticed a few times of being there but I still mostly don't know what I get up to.

Same here, i travel on Astral, but most times have zero recollection, only lately starting to get it, but spiritual travel is also very handy and can serve to teach you much.

How are we supposed to remember what we saw, if we forget about it when we wake up?

Dream recall exercises, once you can recall most or all of your dreams you have succesfully bypassed the cencorship mechanism which keeps the memories of what we do when we are unconcious from the concious. As with everything it just takes time and some effort.

ha ha thats the trick that comes with learning and growing. Even those that are a dab hand at it can take all day waiting for it to come to them.

Or sometimes the actual memories pop up randomly through the course of the day (or two) and you misenterpret them as an overactive imagination, you need to learn what is your minds creations and what is more, this you learn through passive meditation.

One way to help recall waht you have done on the astral is by practice. Try traveling with the same perpose over and over again. When I was first learning to astral project I would go to places that I was familiar with and study those places. I would take note of what I was seeing, hearing, smelling, and touching. Each time I traveled I would remeber more and I would be capable of more. Touch was the hardest sence for me to master.
