I usually get goosebumps,and this out the sudden wind come by in my house.That's how I know the spirit presence is near bye.Once,you work with spirits you know the difference from what's in your head and a spirit.

spirits do come in the form of inspiration that is thought but it could either be your own thougt. And it is totally different from schizophrenia in which you feel like you are supernatural. You should try to be among your friends or family and also be solitary just to know when you feel these kinds of thoughts.

hi! i have the same probelm as you, not knowing weather or not I'm just crazy, or im hearing spirits, and i suffered with that for awhile and pushed it out, but what I've learned to do, is just trust yourself. dont fill yourself with doubt. if you hear what you think is a spirit, talk to it. its bad energy that wants you to think your just crazy. focus on the light! talk to them!
