So the adanas(udanas) are 4 main energy centres within the body, they link to the chakras yet form part of a more intricate level of energy within your being. When all 4 all fully released quite a few new doors open for one in understandings as well as energy, some abilities also appear, opening all 4 links mind, body, soul and higherself if such a connection is present.
okay, so all 4 of the adanas rotate, each in a opposing direction, thus generating more physical energy, all 4 of them have a gold colour to them each just with slight differences, the bottom adana relates to physical strength and abilities, it is what one would use in something like martial arts to help with your inner chi flow, the second adana relates to the soul, once it is fully open so are all the doors to past life memories and deeper understandings you may have picked up on your journeys of existence, third relates to the mind, once it is fully open so the brain also opens, you know how studies say people only use portions of the brain, well this is how you take the portions and make it all into one huge connection, once the mind is open alot of changes happens in ones understandings, because suddenly there is a solution to every problem, infinite solutions, when the mind is open and one reaches a block in your road it can figure out hundreds of ways to work around or through it, very handy indeed.
now once all 4 are fully released one notices other energy centres outside the body one can activate, this is another story completely thus work through the adanas before even worrying about it.
Now to activate the adanas one uses visualization, focus and pushing of energy. thus lets begin with what you should visualize:
see one long golden tube which runs from i foot above the head to your root chakra, see it as being about as thick as your pinky to begin with.
now see that golden tube divided into 4 sections, first section is from your root chakra to about 2cm above your bellybutton, next is from bellybutton to throat chakra, next is from throat to crown, and last is from crown to the 15th chakra one foot above the head.
next step in visualization once you see it as 4 pieces of the golden tube is to see each with a slightly different colours, bottom ones colour is blueish with gold, next is reddish with gold, next one is bluesih with gold and the top one is reddish with gold.
Next you need to visualize and see the rotation of each adana, the bottom one rotates clockwise, next one anticlockwise, next one clockwise and top one anticlockwise.
if you have managed to visualize this all succesfully you will begin to feel energy being released from these energy centres, or tension forming in your mind and body, once you feel this tension and energy releasing feel how it is flowing, feel how it is pushing, and then let go into it, thus allow yourself to kinda take a little back seat ride in your own body and allow your energy to flow as it should.
we will discuss various things which relate to the adanas like energy latticing which is released by it once someone other than myself has put in some effort to play and understand.

Has anyone here besides the creators of this thread worked at all with their 12th and 15 chakra as well as three adana/udana centers?
If so please share what you can.
from experience the 12th chakra acts as a anchoring point for ones "higherself" connection, the 15th chakra serves as each one of our little individual slices of universal light to use and understand. 12th and 15th chakra have various names depending on who one speaks to, and depending on how many chakras they actively work with in their body.
for those who are lost, the 12th chakra is about 10cm above the crown, it's colour is gold, the 15th is about 1 foot above the crown and is pure white, the 12th is one of the best chakras to use when working on projecting onto higher levels of being, and the 15th is vital when one is working on establishing a lasting connection with the universe around you.
There is also the earthstar, which i also would like any feedback on from anyone who has worked with it, it is about 30cm below your feet and serves to fully ground one both mentally, physically and even spiritually to the here and now.

just to keep this thread alive and kicking, the Earthstar which is located around 30cm below your feet can actually be used to great effect to seperate your energy and conciousness from your body, thus making projection on any level considerably easier.
To activate meditate on a red sphere 30cm directly below you, focus alone is enough to put it into motion, see it growing, becoming clearer etc.
when attempting to project basicly start at your earthstar, raise it upward through your body, as you do allow each chakra it touches to rise with it till you eventually reach the crown, from this point let go of your body in all ways, thus no longer think of it or any other typical worldly issues which may normally be running through your mind, pick a location, and then lift yourself out, if you have been at the specific location you are attempting to reach before then basicly move all your chakras and conciousness there, and then before you start moving about drop your earthstar into the astral "ground" you are standing upon.

Chakras and the truth, what is the truth ? my teacher always tells me. no one can tell you any truths, the only truths you will ever see are the ones you find for youself,
So maybe this post should have been called ''chakras and my opinions'' to allow others to find out their own truths. To call it ''truths'' you are defining it the same as a ''Forced'' Belief or system allowing others to believe what is written is the truth and not go finding their own.
