You can do it up to two times a day if you want too. Once in the morning and once at night. I just do it once a day and I am fine. Take it slow. You don't want to hurt yourself.

i did the set today it got hard on the last one also i relaxed like you said my whole body is calm warm and tingly lol i like it tho its nice like tea jus more better relaxed my back is what got the most force on it i c y only once or twice a day

The nice thing about yoga is that not only are you building flexibility you are also building strength and endurance. Take it slow and if you feel to much pain quit. No reason to hurt yourself.

Ok so now I will write some of the basic grounded poses that one can do as well. There are actually three types. Seated, lieing on your belly, and lieing on your back. We will start with seated.

alright btw i did wheight lifting today and i cant do it twice today did so this morning it was little harder though because just woke up anyway im sore today lol
