Could just be a dream, could be a spirit. Either way, meditation can help you reflect and figure it out. Think of what the symbolism might mean to you personally and how it may relate in your life. If it doesn't you might have a spirit. That's not necessarily a bad thing, spirits can empower your magickal workings and a lot are around us. Having one more or less introduce themselves is no big deal unless they are really bothering you. Sleep paralalysis is something you might want to see a doctor for if it perisists. It could also be a psychic attack. So learning how to shield and other such ways to protect yourself is very helpful. Always good to rule out the most mundane sollutions first though!

I agree it could be either a dream or sleep paralysis. You could meditate on it if you want to. I wouldn't ignore it if it was a spirit, or a dream. Every dream is symbolical and even spirits, when they show themselves to you, is not random.

If that spirit would like to chit chat they'd find another way I think. This can mean something, I actually believe it does.

What you had is called sleep paralysis and if it's a spirit then I think they have caused it.

I totally disagree with the notion that 'you met with the gods of death'. You see even if you did it is not easy to tell just from the information you gave.

By the way, be a ware that mamy times gods of Death mean gods of Change, because Death is just the end of a phase. It could be that type of entity buf I'm not sure... It is possible for another one to be as well. Everything is possible.

Death is the end of a 'phase' but that phase is life. For that reason I'd say the 'gods of death' are also the gods of destruction and endings.

No not necessarily, death can be used metaphorically as well. Gods of Death, Change and Endings do not kill, their titles are metaphorical; the Goddess I am devoted to is a Goddess of Death and Endings but she doesn't kill.
