you can not choose the element that you want you are born with it and all though your birthdate has nothing to do with it however the stars you are born beneath do thus saying that your sign and natural element are linked

Well, I love both water and fire. I'm pisces. I wear dark clothes, sometimes colorful ones. I like doing funny and stupid things. I like jokes and anything that has to do with electricity and mechanisms. I like to explore places and I love music (listening, composing, perfoming...) I also have an weird attraction to rings. Well I told you a lot about me, so can you tell me wich element fits me?

the other elements you speak of are not real elements they are subdivisions of the five main elements Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Spirit also you must embrace your natural element to gain your true power and reach your full potential you do not have to dedicate your life to that particular elements powers but it should be the one you are most familiar with the one you can pull power from no matter what condition or level you are in if you know what the craft is open to interpretation but there are things that cannot be perceived in any other way and one of those is the elements you just cant choose an element this is where power is derived and can only be drawn from said elements

the birth signs were created long before time zones the stars in the sky you were born under facilitates you birth sign not necessarily the date on which you were born

Altough I think that when human thinks that he have one of this elements is stupid. Ancient philosophers made qroup of 4 elements and wiccans added the spirit. Ok, but wholle thing is silly. It's stupid to think that fire or air is within you. It's a badly role playing. This mirrors our close minded thinking. We belong to all of them and far more to others. All is better than just one...aren't wiccans known to think outside of the box.

ultimi do you even believe in Neo Paganism cause the way i'm seeing it you are just here to bash its my belief that the elements were the basic building block to everything you may be comprised of more then just water or fire but that does not mean the element in which comes naturally to you is nothing you have the power of the elements all the elements within you but one will be superior and the one that comes out on top will be your natural element it will be your strong point it will be the one element you fully understand the rest will just be a perk for if you don't embrace this element you will never grow to your full potential

@Ultimi and IsaacGore,i sincerely thought your words were well put except maybe a few that didn't quite make sense.

For example,if the planet was formed by all 5 elements,fire,air,water,earth and spirit/soul.What about gravity since it is one that has helped to form this planet? And why does night and day exist or even darkness and light? Or perhaps time since all it does is flow.

And where did these elements came from?

@Umbra,i love the fact that you said that we belong to all of the elements including those not yet mentioned and far more to others.As that really plays a huge part.Glad to know someone thinks outside the box and tries to apply that. :)
