i am being prosicuted by the fbi. today here is tuesday and they are comeing friday. i wont be on that much anymore...i dont know why they want me but i will post it as soon as i know...so goodbye everyone.

I can think of a few civil rights being violated and a few proceedures being completely ignored if this were true.

Remember the FBI are jackass's so they dont give a damn

The FBI has, in the past, made a few mistakes. But they tend to dot every I and cross every T. If it is found that they went against proceedure and violated civil rights, the case is thrown out.

I'm not calling the poster a lair, but I do find it very hard to believe the FBI would let him/her KNOW they are going to take him to court, without telling him why. There would have to be an investigation. Through the questioning alone you would know what it is they are trying to find out and I would hope one would be smart enough to get a lawyer to make sure they are being protected.

The only thing I can possibly think of not being investigated for would be illegal downloading from the internet. Even then, the court papers would devulge the reason as to why they are pressing charges. They would not simply let you know they are going to charge you, but not inform you of anythng else.


AND, depending on the age of the poster, if he is a minor...the parents know why he is being charged.

But what do I know, I only study law

Healer, the guy who called the house was wanting to talk to my parents but "axidentaly" said my name. so common sence leads me to belive they are after me. my father called them back and he said he had to see us face to face and so on and so forth.

So then they are investigating you. That's a little different than prosecuting you.
