Inside you

Your guides are always with you, it's a matter of learning to see and communicate with them. Why don't you try contacting them through your dreams? Right before you're about to go to bed, relax, lay back, and open yourself up. Say out loud, "Tonight I will meet and dream about my spirit guides. I will remember everything when I awaken in the morning." Say it/think it until you go to bed. You can also try simply asking them to reveal themselves and see what feelings or sensations you experience. The more you do it, the easier it will become.
