how can i make potions?

A potion can be any liquid you magically make. Holy water, tea, oils, potpourri (herbs boiled in water), blood ink, wine, mead, and the list goes on.

water and herbs, usually 1/2 teaspoon herb to cup of water.just another name for teas, but they are not drank.not many of them anyway.
