can I get some help?

I've been trying to learn how to perform astral projection, but I just cant seem to get to that point that I experience an out of body experience, the most that's happened for me was I got extremely relaxed and couldn't really move, but I just... couldn't get any further,
any ideas, opinions, or suggestions?
