How to gather 'energy'?

Hi guys out there.I saw some of the spells from this web and some of them need to gather the energy first.So i was wandering how can i gather the energy around me and how i know i had already done that?I seriously need your help.

Gathering energy is simple but as everything else you need to practice. It can be chanting, meditation and focus. It also depends on what you are doing.

Ok.Lets say i am meditating now.What should i do to practice?

Wait.. do you mean getting energy or channelling energy?
Channelling energy is easily practiced with psi balls, getting energy, the easiest way is to stand on open ground (where there's grass) and basically use the same way from making a psi ball, to channel energy into you.. hope that helps.

So how can i make a psi ball?Is it by rubbing both of my hands and den slowly seperate them and also continue to continue to move my both hands like how i rub them together?

i can be of assistance. with gathering energy... depends on what kind or the origin of that energy. so what sort of energy are you attemting to harness? just a knid of neutral energy or a source from nature?

One is from myself and one is from nature.Which means i want to learn two ways of gathering energy.
