what does this mean?

I had a dream it is puzzling me it went like this. I was in a field and there was 2 men but he when I looked closely one was made of energy. Then he made a psi ball with is energy body following him perfectly but the his energy body made the psi ball visible. Then the mans psi ball hit me, then my energy body came out and the man said to me form your body in any way you like. Suddenly man's energy body snapped to him then he dispersed. So I put my energy body back to my body as well. Know I can snap it in and out of my body at will.

What does this mean?

I'm guessing you've been wanting to Astral project for some time?
Day to day activities can affect dreams, I dreamed myself ap'ing, except it was more of a daydream
