Simple past life regressi

Simple past life regression:
Past lives have taught us many lessons, wouldn't it be nice to learn about one of your past lives. You do not need a spell for this past life regression.
I recommend that you have a notebook next to your bed. Right before you go to sleep, it can be for the night or a nap, ask your spirit guides(even if you don't know any of them), to show you your most recent past life. Make sure you ask them to protect you from anything traumatic(I will give an example) because many things in past lives are disturbing.
I have only done this once. It was a good thing I had asked my guides for protection or I would probably have been really upset. My guides showed me how I died in my past life. I was in a car with some friends and we we're drunks(we were in our late teens too). We ended up getting into an accident and that is how I died. If I had not asked my guides to protected me from anything traumatic I might have seen myself get killed, instead I only saw the car slam into another. I am truly greatful because I don't think I would be able to handle that image.
When you wake up from your sleep write it down if you have seen anything. Get as much detail as possible quickly! Keep it somewhere safe as you may wish to keep a record of your past lives.
