I've been having this strange thing happening
to me over recent years, I think it's some sort
of invoulantary 'Astral Projection' just wanted
to see if anyone else is having this, or knows a
way to improve this?

astral projection is when you use a spell to
make your spirit leave your body and roam the
immaterial universe

I can't see how using a spell would make it easier to astral project... I've been able to do it on a few occasions, and each time i had to go into a kinda trance and push out real hard, not use any words...

i have try astral projection once a while. its hard to achieve. just meditate and you get to it.

astral projection
been trying it and practicing it,
still no avail.

but from what i know
maybe you have got your third eye open and strong
or you've been going in trance or something ?
when does your astral projection happen ?
if not it's really hard to say anything
