Just because youre new doesnt meen you cant contribute whilst youre learning just post occasionally even if its not about magic then as you progress you can start giving advice but not all problems here are magicaly related many can be solved normally

Like Yakov said you can always contribute - even to say you don't understand or know anything about the subject.
