Psi

How do you know where your psi is, I've heard it can be in you abdominal area, sternam, and head. When I meditate I gat a tickly feeling in my chest/sternum and a dizzy feeling in my head, do either of those telll that my psi is there.

Um your psi is your minds energy so it is everywhare in your body, while chi and qi are in your energy feales.
