You do not get to choose your power. Powers I ve heard of are the H2O powers (heating, freezing, or shaping water), psychic powers, and telekinesis. The power may take up to 2 months to develope.
For this spell to work, you need to have a symbol; something that is special to you and is on your upper body (so it will still be visible when you grow a tail). It can be a necklace, a bracelet, a ring, your hair, your eyes, etc. You cannot take it off for more than two hours at a time or you will lose your powers and tail or the spell wont work. You also have to believe the spell will work or else it wont

2)What happend if i take off the jellewly,will i transform back to human?.Is it like if you your wearing the symbol that your in mermaid form untill you take off the symbol?

You can't alter your species, as Bard said. It is impossible because that would require altering your *physical* body via changing DNA, encoding genetics, the works essentially- which can't be done. It goes against all scientific law.
This is all fun, but to really alter one's DNA would require an impossible miracle. I regret to inform you that this does not work. Maybe in the astral, or wherever, but not this plane of existence.
This is absolute crap. I've said this spell 20 times. 10 times while I was dry and 10 times with a finger dipped in a glass of water. And I feel just like I did before I said the above mentioned lines. In a month, I will be back on this post just to prove that you cannot transform into a mythical creature, no matter what you do.
