Protection powder

PROTECTION POWDER FOR SPRINKLING AND CASTING CIRCLES

I use this protection powder on everything i do...it's my own personal recipe:

Tobacco,
Cinnamon,
Sea salt,
Bay.

It's best if you have a cigarette for the tobacco ingredient cus you need tobacco ashes...you don't need to smoke it just light it and let it burn, or you could clean up someones dirty ashtray lol.
When you have the ashes, put them in your mortar or coffe grinder and add cinnamon and a bay leaf.
I suggest you crush the dry bay leaf in your hand before putting it in the mortar...it's hard to grind it whole!
Grind them up reall good to get a nice fine powder, then add sea salt and grind it all up again.
Your powder is ready for use!
