There are kids making covens with the description: "This is a coven for all sorts of magic".

This makes no sense and needs deleting.

I was thinking about the legalities of this and I wonder if parents found out that their children are on these sites I am sure they can legally have this site shut down , most other websites expect 18 or older if not you need parental permission to sign up ..

I doubt it. There'd have to be some kind of criminal behavior going on and there is nothing that is recognized by the law that's going on here.

I think it would be a bit harder to try to shut it down 1. as Ash said there would have to be criminal activity going on and 2. the government and authroities would have to acknowledge magick to be REAL and thus dangerous.

I think there is enough " find your own way " theories being posted to not worry about it being a cult like setting.

lolz i have to agree with Healer. I do think that it is quite silly to have many covens that say the same thing. Thats why when i made mine i made sure it was about a specific topic sure i am finding it hard for people to want to join but id rather have a hard time then to be accused of following the rest.

I am talking about young kids being on here and learning things that their parents do not approve of ..

What we need to do is point these things out by name, question qualifications, question experience, ask for the person's purpose of creating "another" coven.

that, and if it is like the coven, "knights templar" where the premise is ludicrous in its own right, message members letting them know that the coven is not respected by advanced mages, and is not suitable for new mages.
