Help with old memory

hey i've had this memory that always replays itself everyday at least once and I can only remember 1 memory that was before it and i dont know what it means.

I remember seeing my body from above walking to a store with my dad next to me, and all of a sudden I sort of moved to my body and when i got close my body turned and faced me and I looked into my own eye's and then everything went black.

Was that like some weird dream or a form of Astral Projection???? any thoughts????

most likely its an accidental astral projection

That's interesting. When I recall when I was really young being able to see MYSELF do stuff. I must have been so intact with my subconsciouss I accidentallly let my astral state go.

hmmmm I was thinking it was that but wouldn't it make it easier to do astral travel now because of that????

I'm not sure about it making it easier. It's said that many toddlers are able to remember fractured memories or images of past lives that they've had, but of course they forget them as they grow older. I haven't heard anything about discovering past lives being easier for those toddlers once their older.

Maybe the young are just more open to the spirit plane and the past then adults are so as you grow older you close up a bit and have to be reopened.

I hope that makes some sense to people besides myself. It's just a little theory I'm thinking up now.
