When you meditate for a spell you are grounding and centering, gathering energy, connecting to the web of energy and are preparing yourself to manipulate the energy.

Think of it like steps you take or buttons you push to launch your wishes into the universe. What ever connection and imagery you have that works for you is what you need ;)

In the end you will know if it worked or not. The more you cast the easier this becomes to tell.
