Casting a circle

To cast a circle, means to cast protection. Its one thing a witch
knows how to do. This is how it is done:

Stand on solid ground and put salt in a circle around you.
Sit in the middle and meditate.
Feel the circle its self.
Concentrate on the salt push out your energy.
Let it build in your mind and heart.
Push the energy in and out.
Then release it around the circle.
If you have cast it right then you will feel the flow of energy
around you.

Circle protects you from danger. It's very important to cast it before every ritual.
