Concentrating

i have trouble concentrating, like when i meditate my mind always drifts off. i need advise!

let what ever distracts you come to mind acknowledge it and let it go or try to only focus on your breathing follow it in and out

There's a specific sound that can be use as a tools for concentration. U can download it from you-tube.
