Hi...I'm new at this and I recently casted a create a magical charm...I wanted to make a wand....I am not sure if it worked...how can I tell?...pls reply

The thing is with such a spell it is hard to tell if it worked or not to the untrained person. However, it is a very easy spelland probably did. Use the wand in future spells and after some time try recasting the charm spall to improve its strength.

Thanks..umm actually I tried this silencing spell on someone and it didn't work..is it because I didn't have enough power or I wasn't truly believing?

only you can say if you wasn't truely believing. but anyway anybody in the world can do magick, its like a humans right in some ways. so really it doesn't matter as much if you didn't believe. most spells if they are complicated can take people a long time to grasp. and other spells just take a long time to take effect. what did you try and do exactly?
