A better psychic

I've heard tha anyone can be a psychic so I wanna know how I can sharpen my abilities and start seeing supernatural things. Anyone have any answers?

And no, not everyone can be a psychic. People can have psychic connections frequently, but that's a bit different.

I have read that the key is meditation and cleansing your chakra's etc.

I think that everyone is born psychic, we just lose alot of our 'psychicness' as we get older.
