Oils

On one of the coven articles (Gypsy Witchcraft group, I believe) it talks about mixing certain oils so that they would have a...stronger type of purpose than just making one smell good. The first part has the ingredients on what to mix and how much to mix, with the other parts, only a few have what and how for the mixing but not all. Has anyone tried this and does anyone know how much of the oils one should use in order to get that ability/power (if that makes sense)?
