Did you check the box to remove your photo, or just try to upload a new one?

Sometimes it takes a day or so to get it all worked out. Right now it is a black dragon with red eyes on top of a building... and some TNT? lol

You will in a day or so. It seems to change in stages for the person changing the picture, while the other people see it pretty much instantly.

I had the same problem, i had to log out and delete my internet browsing history. When i signed back in the new picture was there :)
