beginner spells

Hi I will be 15 in about a month, I have successfully completed a hand warming spell because my hands are always cold even when i am inside. I am just wondering if there is any good starter spells that don't require any special ingredients or candles etc, because my dad isn't really to fond of spells and stuff like that so any basic spells i could try that won't harm anyone would be nice thanks!

There is a sunscreen spell where you just make a screen from a source of light and wrap it around you. you have to keep checking it.
