Cleansing Spell or Ritual

Hey guys, i havent seen any coven members get on recently? :( I know maybe because everyone is busy with school, work and offline life. But i am thinking on doing a cleansing spell/or ritual to that requires me to do this every other day to help keep negative energies out, to cleanse my aura, my body to help stay relaxed, to help keep bad dreams out, etc. Because being a medium can sometimes make it stressful. And so i am thinking on making my own. I have faith in me being able to make my first spell. But i need some help on this. What kind of herbs, oils, days, should i do this spell? i know i will the herb sage for cleansing, i was thinking on adding rosemary to this spell also.

The reason iam doing this is that it will help me keep focus, and not feel the negative energy all the time. Has anyone ever felt any strange or a lot of negative energy in the spirit realm or astral plane lately? If your a medium that is?

I can't say that I'm a medium, but I can tell you there are energy waves happening right now mainly due to the poles shifting, and the fact that we are lining up with the middle of the universe.

I know because i sometimes feel so many different energies changing every other day. i don't know if i am able to feel other energies from outside of planet earth as in space etc. i don't know i never done that before. i do know that i do sense a change in our planets energy as well. but iam not sure what it is.

but still i think this would be helpful just to keep me more relaxed and not so stressed out or afraid.
