what can be done to ensure that spells work,beside grounding,centering,meditating and visualizing???

That you belive in it, and puts focus and energy on it.
for somthing to change, you should want it to.
and do somthing that helps it to happend.

like if you do a spell to do well on an exam or somthing.
it dosent mean that you sholdent studdy:)

(on that, i would probaly use somthing that helps on memory, focusing and so on)

Personally i think you must need to know how the spell works,,
The core of a spell or a ritual would be energy and it is these energy that you emit into the cosmos
You must build up energy within your circle or the temple ,and then "release' this cumulation of energy through some word that best depicts the situations..These words are the ones that ppl call as *spells* ..So if you know how to raise this cone of power and then release it , you might be far more better at spellcraft..

thanks for the tips...but what about a weather spell? I mean we can't do anything to contribute to the change....

I have experiences in weather magick.but i dont tend to use "spells" on weather..I revere nature and She heeds my call thats all..
