Containing

I am going to start an annoyingly long spell that needs energy to slowly be drawn in while other parts are being worked on. Anyone have an easy way to either draw the energy in or just to trap the energy I draw so I can focus on the other parts so it doesn't all fall apart. I'm sorry it sounds so vague but i really don't want to explain it right now.
