Healing lesson 1-Intro

Before we learn recipes different methods of healing and everything.We have to first learn the basics of how to prepare things.
Crystal healing-The crystal needs to be cleansed before and after the healing,the crystal needs to be charged with your desie or what you want healing by holding it in your hand or on top of your third eye whilst repeating in your mind what you want healing and visualising it getting better.

Herbal teas-Herbal teas help with lots of things when I say 1part chamomile and 4 parts lavendar I mean 1ts chamomile and 4tslavendar.they work best when added to a tapot and allowed to infuse with the water.If a teapot is unavailabe use a drawstring bag to act as a teabag.

Herbal salves,ointments and oils-Follow this link there ar numerous ways to make a salve and stuff but this is by far the easiest and cheapest because beeswax is getting more expensive now.

Eneergy healing and biokinesis-I think that energy healing is much easier but biokinesis directs your energies more effectively but if performed incorrectly can be dangerous.
To do energy healing first rub your hands together to create warmth and place slightly above the affected area,then visualise all the negative energy as a colour either black or red coming into your hands and then fllick it a way,when you can sense its all gone or you have visualised it has all gone,fill the area with positive healing energy,perhaps invoke a goddess or just visualise it as a silvery white light.

Biokinesis-Biokinesis is where you have to know what the illness looks like in a biological sense when getting better and visualise this happenning on you or the patient and directing all your attention and enerrgy to that area.

Chakra healing-Basically f your chakras aren't running properly you can get ill just do a chakra meditation or apply certain crystals if its someone else apply the crystals to their chakras and direct their energy to them aand direct your enrgy into them with the appropiate visualised colours(however this is for those who only know what they are doing.)
