Psionics

Psionics is the manipulation of psi or energy. It is often used in magic and is one of the basics. It is also a base to learn all the kinetics especially telekinesis and Aerokinesis.
The first and most basic technique of psionics is creating a psi ball, a psi ball can be created using energy from your own body or from another person or even from a direct energy source like the sun/moon, it depends on the properties you want to give your psi ball.
To make a psi ball position your hands in front of you as you will if you are holding a ball. Then use your thumb to press the center of your palm near the hollow, this point you will use as the energy focal point. After doing this concentrate on your lower back(Which is the energy point of ones body) and in the space between your palms then visualize the energy from your lower back traveling through your body and out through the center of your palms and forming a ball. Do this until the body is good and solid then visualize a layer of energy forming over the ball and sealing the energy inside it so that the energy wont escape even when you move your hand away.
