Can everyone do magic?

With practice, could everyone perform magic? What about people with disorders like Aspergers Syndrome, Downs Syndrome, or problems with cognitive skills. Or people with mild - moderate brain damage?

If you have epilepsy or some other condition that may hinder you from practicing power meditations, then I don't think you'd be able to practice magick.

Magic: The manipulation of energy.

If it is the manipulation of energy, everything and anything is magical. Breathing, eating, everything you do and everything around you.

So, yes, anyone can do magic, just not everyone looks at it as such.

everyone can practice magick, no matter what physical/mental disability they have, if they are still breathing and conscious they should be able to reach their energy patterns and produce a form of magick, it just might be harder.

As long as a person is willing to dedicate the time to practice/meditation/grounding, and anything that is concerning the basics "doing" magick is possible. In cases such as Downs Syndrome or Aspergers, those conditions might hinder the person from fully concentrating and thus will effect their skills in magick but, this can be over come with meditation and practice, same as any other practitioner who cant seem to focus.

I have been diagnosed with mild Aspergers Syndrome. Also Borderline Personality Disorder and Paranoid Psychosis (Might soon be changed to Paranoid Schizophrenia).

I don't see any of this as a barrier. The only real barrier I can think of is someone not really believing that magic can work.

Since there is people like that out there, IMHO there are some people who have no chance of performing successful magic.
