One question

We i got interested in this and i thought i might check it out and i thought is it all true does annyone casted a spell did it worked i tryed the raining one spell next day it started raining is it weather or the spell?

i would say the weather.

just a simple coinsidence, nothing more, dont slip in to deluded thoughts that you can change the weather.

what would be the point of weather forecasts if people could simply go around changing things ?
