Hi, I am knew to this site. I casted the simple wish spell and per the spell am posting on the third day. I wished for enough money to start a non profit company, for my soul mate to find me, and to loose 55 pounds in 8 weeks. I give thanks to the Saints and to the Goddess.
First of all, overweightness. The key the losing weight is exercise with emotion. What does this mean. It means, whether u decide to go on a training program in a gym, or aerobic, or do jogging by yourself, u have to have an exact goal in your head. Lets say u start jogging by yourself, before u start u have to make it clear in your head, I am jogging to lose 55 pounds IN 8 weeks, see urself in your head in 8 weeks exactly how u want to look like. Now what really is going to make that plan work is emotion, while u jog, u have to FEEL your bodyfat exiting your body through sweat, u have to run PASSIONATELY as if u are already that man in 8 weeks future, u have to FEEL the lightness as if u have already lost the 55pounds. I suggest u jog for atleast 45 minutes a day, cause only after 30 minutes of exercise when your body warms up u begin to lose bodyfat.
Also, u need to eat less, which means this: When u eat something your brain will only register and give you the signal that you are full after 15 minutes. Drink a glass of water before u start eating, and eat smaller rations, eat half the meal u eat today, and then if your not full after 15 minutes eat some more, and do it until u are full.
Now as u lose weight, u will feel better and better with every day passing.
After 8 weeks, after u have lost weight, after u start to feel better and better, pm me on this site, i will instruct u later on how to attract your soul mate (we have to talk more about that), and about the company aswell.
Start working on yourself first. Even a path of 1000 miles starts with the first step. Always believe in yourself. Be good to yourself.

Wish spells are sketchy at best. You should do a spell to gain employment that will provide you with the money you need... blah blah blah. Simply wishing for money could mean that daddy (or some other family member) will die and leave you the money. Be careful what you wish for.
You are on the right track with the soul mate thing. Usually spells to find the right person are much much better than willing someone else to love you.
Losing weight takes time. You did not gain this weight over night, you will not loose it over night. You should do a weight loss dedication ritual/spell, then work with your doctor or dietitian on ways to safely loose weight. Someone simply saying if you do this amount of exercise with this amount of food is foolhardy, as not all people are the same. Your weight loss regimen should be tailored to you, not what some layperson thinks you should do...
Magic is there to help you along, not give you things you are not willing to work on yourself.
Well, maydayy, to begin, it does not take 30 minutes for fat to start burning. Fat burns with every movement you make. You accelerate it through exercise, but it does not take "30 minutes". Infact, to help loosen the body it is highly suggested to stretch before working out so your muscles are loose and will have less tension.
As far as the eating smaller portions, that's half correct. I would suggest more of a calorie diet than one of just smaller portions because we do not know what they eat right now. If they were to (for example) eat nothing but high fatty foods and junk, smaller portions is not going to make much of a difference lol.
The water suggestion is a good one though. Infact, often times when we feel hungry, it is a reaction from not having enough water. Not liquid, water. Drinking a glass of water can sometimes "cure" hunger pains. ;)
no fat doesnt burn with each movement, u lose water with each movement, real body fat starts to melt after 30 minutes of exercise when ur body gets warmed up so to speak.
I was simply refering in eating less, u eat some food, and wait 15 mins to see if ur full, if ur not eat some more and so on, u see usually u eat more than u need cause u eat the whole plate, and the brain registers being full after 15 mins, if u eat bit by bit u will see how much exatcly your body needs. Ofcourse u shouldnt eat too much of any kind of food, u need as various foods as u can in normal rations. There is no profesional in the world that can knows better what foods and how many than ur own body.
Drinking a glass of water before eating will help u eat less, and also water while exsercising is very important.
