Coven Idea?

I was just wondering what everyone thinks about this idea?

I think it could be good and create a better online bonding of the coven if we maybe did a simple spell/ritual maybe once a month that everyone that is still active in the coven could do on the same day and the same time(allowing for different time zones) each month.
I say simple spell/ritual as we may not all have time for anything that takes a lot of time so just something that can be done easily with a chant and a candle or even just a chant...but the main point is for the coven to do it at the same time for a bonding of energies.

So what are your thoughts about this idea??

Ok well two then three with me Lol!.....As of right now I'm just about to start sending a PM to the other members on here about this in case they dont feel confident enough to post publicly.

And if we still all think this is a good idea and want to go ahead with it, I'll work out the time zone times later.

That is a good idea!
Silver Vixen and I along with the council, will each post one ritual every month and set a date for the event. If you are going to contribute to this, make sure that the ritual is not harmful in any way and it has a full detailed description of the ritual (along with circle casting and the basics) because we have newbies who are still unclear on the subject (The information needed is in the forums, so this shouldn't be the case)...When everyone that is going to participate posts their time zone and their available time to this post, we will adjust the time and date of the event!
This is also a great way to learn and gain experience so I highly suggest that you participate. And Opal, you don't need to send out mail to everyone...the active members that read the forums and give the effort to learn will know about this. We shouldn't hand feed anyone. I'm not being mean I'm being fair lol

Thanks Brim, I'm glad I did send a separate mail to everyone apart from you , Lady Silvervixen and the other Council members, because It has gave me the chance to talk to some that dont post and have said that the details for everything will be posted on here for the ones that have liked the idea.

I'm going to sit out on this one. I think it's a good idea but just not for me. Working with other people, even distantly, doesn't make up any part of my practice. I also personally work in a way that doesn't involve much ritual, aside from a few seasonal celebrations that is, and is much darker in nature than some people would be comfortable with.

I neglected to mention that every event that takes place in this coven is not forced upon you! We will not expel you from the coven for this because that would be just immoral and...well, DUMB!
We support diversity and free will...as long as you don't break the rules, you will have a place in this coven for as long as you wish =)
