I am going to write a short post about what i know on visions.
One thing i have been told is visions happen when you have a loop which conects you to the spirit astral and pysical realms which is also linked to whats called the "time stream". The time stream is belived to be the aspect of how time is managed for example when you try for a vision it is only successful if you manage to look or feel the time stream.
Another question i have been asked is can you change visions. In my experance the awnser is no because no matter what the visions i get come true. for other this might vairy.
Lastly i would like to point out that some people do not get visions not because they cant see into the " time stream" but because they are usually not ready or have no real desire or need.
However a lot of us get visions without wanting or desiring. This seems to be happening more.

I get more of a feeling its not always a visual thing. Like I will be going to pick someone up that I just talked to, but I will know they wont be there, Or I get a text message and sure enough I know who it was. Many times I will have a Dream, Never know if its about something to come, or just a dream like everyone has. Most times with in a month Something will happen then I remember my dream. I have even developed a new gift over the last few months, I can sense what someone is feeling/thinking about me. This has only happened two OR three times, however I have been right every time. At first it can be down right scary, I was 7 when it first started. But if you embrace your gift and not run from it soon you will start to understand it. After time with practice it will grow stronger, and someday you may just be able to help people with it.
Visions are when you see something
there are other names for when you feel or hear things i will try and find them out

Visions are are pictures shown in our dreams or occur in meditation they come as pitcures in our dreams or appear in out 3rd eye when meditating.
Did you kno every night we all die in our third stage of sleep, the firts 2 stages of sleep is irratic sleep this involves settling down into sleep, the second stage we going into sleep, we see events that happened in out day like people , making phone calls this called lucied dreaming. But the third stage is when we go dead to the world totally 'dead to the world'not knowing that we are a sleep, this stage when we recieve visions, now theses visions can range from silly things that make us laugh. We also can see our beloveded ones that have past over into the Spirit Realms and see them so real when you awake you expect to see then in your room, they came in your sleep to say they are great and there is nothing to worry about etc.
Then comes the time when you may be shown things to be aware of 'Warnings' theses are called premonitions may be for yourself or involve other people, you may even get premonitions of good things that is going to happen to you so dont ignore your dreams they always tell you something:)
Once the third stage of sleep has happened we then come alive stiring from our sleep, that's when we wake up to the world and then we recall our real dreams visions or premonitions.
Visions during Meditation.
In meditation whilst sitting in the silence in candle light, we open ourselves up in the protection of the Spirit World or with your Gods and Goddess's etc, during this meditation our charkras are open especially the 3rd eye, this where we see pictures / visions and premonitions.
