When Listen To Binaural

Do I listen to the binaural beats while I'm attempting astral projection (so doing my method), or when I'm in meditation or do I listen to them before doing either so I just sit there thinking about nothing listening to the binaural beats?

Binaural beats help you get into a trance-like state so that you can project your spirit. Meditation also has the same effect, though some people pair it and listen to the binaural beats to induce a meditative state while gathering up their energy as done in most meditations.

It is so much easier to project if you are in a meditative state because you are more sensitive to subtle energy.
