While i do not think you will "tame the elements" I do think you should check out the basics.

Please,please go learn some basics.

"Tame the elements"...Lol...Oh boy!

The elements are not actually elements, water is hydrogen and oxygen, there is no power you will gain from this. That is very, very old world thinking, based upon the belief that "everything" is made up of some combination of these "five" elements. We know better now. People don't stop enough to think about such things, so they get steeped in what is really a lot of useless knowledge, and end up pursuing useless things outside of themselves, like "taming" the elements. There are useless things that can be done inside and outside of self, as well as useful things, this is not one of them.
