How to deal with a rude person that u tell them u are rude and they keep doing it and saying they dont mean it that way?

with this limited data you provide, i can say that the problem you are having is rather with yourself, not with the person. unless he is physically aggravating you that is.

What I mean is they are right out rude. Some times she will say she did not mean it that way sometimes she wont. We went as far as not talking for two years because she said my baby was going to be born retarted. And said that after she was born. We have started talking a bit but she is still a little rude and she is not over the fact I stood up for myself or baby.
