Yes. Since it's clearly written at the bottom there.

Did you know, that in some countries (including the US and Canada) it is required by law to put "for entertainment purposes only" on anything paranormal or metaphysical because it's not recognized legally as valid and true?

The site originally started as a part of a roleplay forum sort of thing, then transitioned over to this when the people who joined were here for literal witchcraft, not roleplay.
If your saying that there are fake spells, then gee sherlock, took ya long enough to notice. :)

Yes, possibly the site did begin as "role playing", but then far too many people,especially children, started to believe everything on the site. That is why the "oldies" (like me!) try to guide the young into the right direction, and away from myths and legends.
And yes, again, the site must declare "For entertainment only"; but that does not mean there are no serious discussions here.
