The classical idea of either don't exist on this plane.
Werewolves, well people can technically change appearance on the astral planes.
And vampirism only exists on this plane in a form of cannibalism or those that take energy from others (psi-vampires).
But humans are humans and the species can't physically change on a level of DNA.
