A little disappointed

Today I recieved a package from this site. Everything I ordered was inside except for the "7 chakra bloodstone pendulum". On the packing slip it said *WE EXPECT THE ABOVE ITEM ON OR BEFORE 10/01/11*. I was a little disappointed on the short notice of it's potentially long wait. I am a little curious on why I was not informed earlier about the delay in the pendulum's shipment. Also, the site doesn't inform us that it may be out of stock.

But I am glad, however, that I recieved a free pentagram pocket stone with the order.

Oh, it says now on the site shop that the item is out of stock.

I had this happen to me too when I ordered a few things, including a medium cauldron. It took them a month to get it to me, so just keep an eye out for it in the mail after the date they gave you. It's too bad they don't have a better inventory tracking system that automatically updates the store site when things are out of stock. It would make things so much easier then ordering something only to find out that it's not coming for a few weeks/months!
